How CPD Works

CPD (Continuous Professional Development) keeps your coaching sharp, your growth visible, and your qualification meaningful.
It's how you stay active, stay recognised, and remain a Verified APPA Coach.

  • CPD points are awarded for recognised learning activities.

  • You need to earn a certain number of points each year to stay verified.

  • CPD activities include workshops, courses, events - both online and in person - and more.

  • You can track your progress through your APPA Coach Profile. Some activities have built-in tasks or reflection prompts that help you earn points and badges.
